IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS



TECHNICAL SESSION AND MINI SYMPOSIUM AUTHORS



IEEE COMSOC POLICY: All IEEE INFOCOM 2013 Paper Presenters must register at the FULL Member/Non-Member Rate . For those presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers. Please DO NOT SHARE your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an Author account.


 


WORKSHOP AUTHORS



IEEE COMSOC POLICY: All presenters of a paper that is accepted in an IEEE INFOCOM 2013 Workshop must register for the workshop at the appropriate rate. You may attend a workshop without attending the main conference.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE INFOCOM 2013 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the appropriate rate as described above and the paper must be presented at the conference.


Non‐refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication‐ready version of the paper.


IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.



Authors must register by 15 January 2013.





VAT: All fees listed include 21% (VAT). All fees will be collected in US Dollars. An original invoice in compliance with VAT regulations for submission of reclaim will be mailed upon request

Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted by 22 March 2013. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to INFOCOMreg@ieee.org.



Visa Information: Technical Paper, Mini-Conference and Workshop Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format). Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters, or authors needing a hard copy of the letter please email segreteria@stilema-to.it
